CISL’s top management leads and maintains the integrity of the QMS with the provision of resources necessary to ensure its effectiveness and also commits to complying with all applicable statutory requirements in the process of importing and storage of its products and services while ensuring the continual improvement of the quality management system.
To sustain the effectiveness of the established QMS, CISL ensures quality objectives are set at corporate and departmental levels. These objectives are reviewed and updated as and when due.
To effectively achieve this policy, the company requires all employees to contribute to, and be actively engaged in the implementation of the QMS. The Company expects positive participation in audits and reviews, as well as the submission of reports and proposal for continuous system improvements and refinement.
Top Management is responsible for ensuring that this policy statement is implemented and maintained as a documented information and communicated to all stakeholders in a manner that shall ensure suitable application to assigned tasks.
Top management ensures that the quality policy is communicated to all employees and other interested parties.
Management reviews the quality policy which is also documented in CISL-502-F annually or as required at management review meeting to determine the policy’s continued suitability.
